Welcome to Intentional Dreaming Everyday

Hello there and welcome to Intentional Dreaming Everyday. A quick introduction about myself, my name is Bridget Jones and together with my husband we have 6 children. Just over 1 year ago now I set my first intention to become a self made millionaire and an entrepreneur by the time I was 30. I am passionate about teaching all that I have learnt about self discovery and bettering ourselves. I have learnt so much from my journey so far and I’m very excited for what the future brings. I’m here to teach you that you can have all the happiness that you desire. It starts from a simple action of imaging what you want to be EVERY single day. Without fail no excuses at all, just imagining what you want to be everyday is the first key. I personally call this Intentional Dreaming. This is such an easy act that I have even taught my children to use it to also create what they want to be. Feel free to email should you have any questions

Enjoy your journey and everyday that it brings. Love life.

The Bridget Jones ;-)

One goal at a time.

Concentrate on one goal at a time when you are still practising the art of manifestation. This was one of my personal hardest challenges. I changed my mind so many times that I never finished anything that I started. So to my husband, my friends and family it got to the stage that they wouldn’t believe my word as I changed my mind so often. In a way I would forget about my last great idea. Now it wasn’t that I didn’t think the last idea was a good one it was that I had so many ideas pouring in to my brain that I got so excited that I would start straight away on the next, so for one, I wouldn’t forget, and for two I thought that new idea would make some money a lot quicker. Even as I type this I just had another idea. It has been so frustrating in the past that things weren’t being completed. The fact is that everything fell into place. Either I would meet the right person, or I would stumble onto the information a needed or the money would come. Everything worked out just the way that I needed it to but then I would get sidetracked on another idea. What happened? I lost concentration. I didn’t review my goals twice daily at least and I was quite sloppy in the self control department.

If this sounds like you and I suspect that it is if you are reading this page you have to get seriously strict on yourself. Make yourself finish something. Anything at all then congratulate yourself.

A process that worked for me was to first of all think about everything that you possible can about what you have started but hadn’t finished in the past.

Second close your eyes and simple ask either out loud or in your mind, which project should I finish first? Now this exercise isn’t all about making the money which I understand is what were ultimately after, it’s about confirming to ourselves that YES I finished something. So in the future you will be able to focus on more than one goal when you believe yourself that it will be completed. You may not get the answer immediately, however simple trust that the answer will come. You may hear something that has been spoken of or you may have a feeling, anything at all. When you are guided to the answer stop every other project straight away and then every spare moment that you have put all your energy into that one particular project.

Now to feel as if you are getting somewhere this works better subconsciously if you first write down the steps that need to be completed. When you have completed each step CELEBRATE. Tell yourself over and over again. I’m one step closer to finishing. I finish what I start. This is important that you constantly remind yourself that you finished that step and that your one step closer to completing your goal.
Another great idea is to remind yourself of something that you've finished that you set out to do.Anything you can think of just to confirm to yourself that you can finish, you have completed this particular thing and I'll do it again. The idea is to retrain yourself into knowing and expecting yourself to finish what you start.  It’s just a matter of one step at a time and refusing to quit until you have finished. You control your mind. Your mind does not control you. Take control now and demand yourself to finish what you have started. There is always a way.

Ask for guidance and expect to finish. Think about the end result and feel how proud you will feel of yourself.
